I’m a non-resident looking to start a business in the UK, possibly an LTD company. What are the basic requirements for someone like me to register a company there? Do I need a UK address, local director, or anything else to get started?

There are a few basic requirements for a non-resident to register with a UK company;
Passport,
A bank statement (Minimum 1 Month)
Service Address and a registered UK office address.
