Can I sell in the USA by the UK LTD?

I own a UK LTD company and I’m looking to expand into the U.S. market, especially through platforms like Amazon or Walmart. I’m wondering—can I legally sell in the USA using my UK LTD, or do I need to set up a separate U.S. entity?

Yes, you can charge your customer in any currency but as the company is based in the UK, you have to withdraw your money in GBP currency. Thus, you have to bear the conversion fee that may apply.
