        I have a single member LLC and I am confused on what I need to do to renew it each year

        I have a single-member LLC and I’m feeling a bit lost about what needs to be done to keep it active each year. Do I need to file an annual report? What fees do I need to pay, and is there anything I need to update to stay in good standing with the state? I don’t want to miss anything and risk penalties or losing my LLC status!
