How do I create a wise account from Pakistan and connect with a local bank?

I’m based in Pakistan and want to create a Wise account to manage international payments and connect with my local bank. However, I’m unsure about the process and whether I can sign up as a Pakistani resident. How can I set up a Wise account, and what options do I have for receiving payments from international clients?

No, you cannot directly sign up for a Wise account as a Pakistani resident, as Wise does not accept personal identification from Pakistan. However, if you hold a valid passport from a country supported by Wise, you may be able to register and access Wise’s services by completing the registration process with your passport from a supported country.

If you have international clients, you can still receive payments through Wise. Simply inform your clients to create a Wise account and send payments to your local Pakistani bank account. You’ll receive the transfer directly in your local bank account in PKR.  For expert guidance on managing your international payments and account setup, Business Globalizer’s Business Consulting can assist you with personalized solutions.
