I’ve just registered my business for VAT in the UK and I’m sorting out my accounting schedule. One thing I’m unsure about—when exactly is UK VAT due for payment? I want to plan my cash flow properly to avoid any late payment penalties or surprises.

Once you submit VAT returns, generally you will have one month and 7 days to pay the overdue tax. If you pay it after 7th.That VAT will be due.
