I recently received my ITIN and tried adding it to my business PayPal account, but it keeps showing an error. Does this mean my ITIN is incomplete or could there be another issue?

Your ITIN may not be linked properly with the IRS yet, as it can take a few weeks after issuance for full activation. Alternatively, ensure:
* You’re entering the correct number without formatting errors.
* Your PayPal account name matches your ITIN application name.
