I have a share of 30% of a US LLC company. I am working remotely for the company and I have a US ITIN also. Should I mention this in DS-160?

Yes, disclose it. On DS-160, list your U.S. LLC as Present Employer, add your title, and write “remote from [country].” Enter your ITIN in the “U.S. Taxpayer ID Number” field. No specific box for 30% ownership; mention “member/owner (30%)” in duties if you like, and carry proof to the interview. If you visit on B-1/B-2, attend meetings only; no day-to-day work. Full, honest answers prevent problems.
