        I Have Finished All of the Steps in the Resolution Center; Why Is My Account Still Limited?

        After receiving this email yesterday, my account is still limited even though the Resolution Center shows all steps completed (Photo ID, Address, SSN). Under “Account impact” in the Resolution Center it states I that despite this I can add money (the only limitation is “Close PayPal Account”), but attempting to withdraw from my checking account to PayPal balance results in: “Accounts with limited access may not perform this type of electronic transfer.”

        It happens!

        If you’ve followed the steps to remove your account limitation in the Resolution Center and your account is still limited, it means PayPal’s team still needs to check your information. If they need more details from you, they will send you an email. After the PayPal team finishes their review, they will let you know. Remember, their customer service team cannot remove your limitation over the phone.
