I just got hit with my first dispute from a customer. It’s stressful and I’m unsure what to say or upload. How do you usually handle these cases?

In case of dispute, PayPal asks for proof or documentation, if proven right, the verdict will be on your side and you will win the dispute. Always keep screenshots of the service being delivered. This is also called Proof of Fulfillment. It is always suggested to keep proof of fulfillment because PayPal may ask for documentation anytime.
Also, suppose the account belongs to Mr. John, but payment was done through Mr. Player, so PayPal could not match names, which may result in losing the dispute. Name matching is crucial.
