I’ve just set up my Airwallex Wallet to handle international payments for my business, but I’m unsure how to add funds to it. Do I need a specific bank account for each currency, and how do I set everything up to top up my wallet without complications?

To add funds to your Airwallex Wallet, there are two main methods:
✅ Via Global Account
To top up a specific currency wallet, make a bank transfer to the designated Global Account for that currency. Once the funds are received, they are held in your wallet, not in the global account itself. To proceed, go to Wallet > Global Accounts and select the currency wallet you want to top up to view the necessary banking details.
✅ Via Direct Debit from Linked Bank Accounts
You can add funds by initiating a direct debit from a linked bank account. This option is currently available only to customers with registered businesses in the United States and specific customers in Australia.
Once you\’ve chosen your method, follow the instructions to complete the transaction, and the funds will be added to your Airwallex Wallet.
