Can I file my own LLC annual report in Florida?

I’ve just realized that the deadline for filing my LLC’s annual report in Florida is approaching, and I’m not sure how to go about it. Can I file the report on my own, and what steps do I need to take to ensure everything is done correctly and on time?

Yes, you can file your own LLC annual report in Florida. The Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations, provides an online filing option as well as a paper filing option for the annual report. If you choose to file online, you can do so through the Division’s website using a credit card or electronic check for payment.
