I’ve tried applying for several payment gateways for my dropshipping store, but I keep getting rejected. Why do so many providers consider dropshipping high-risk, even if it’s fully legal and well-managed?

Some payment gateways will reject you once they get to know that you are dropshipping. They claim that dropshippers get many chargebacks and therefore associate everyone who is dropshipping as part of a “high-risk” group. For this reason, they generally do not want to do business with dropshippers.
