Hey everyone, I’m a nonresident with an LLC in the U.S. I heard corporations need to keep meeting minutes, but what about LLCs? Do I have to do this too? I want to make sure I’m not missing anything important for compliance. TIA!

Meeting minutes are mandatory for corporations but not typically required for LLCs unless stipulated in your operating agreement.
