I currently use a personal PayPal account for my business transactions, but I’m wondering if I should set up a business PayPal account. Can I transfer money between the two?

Yes, you can send payments from your business PayPal account to other personal PayPal (friends and family payments accounts).
But continuously doing so can result in your account restriction. We recommend not sending payments from business PayPal to personal ones.
